The developers have ruined a good game

Apparently they don’t care what players think. There has been absolutely no response to any of the complaints. I even put in a ticket to customer service and it ended up being ignored.   I had 2 customer service reps and then it was transferred to someone else and then nothing. I’ve just been ghosted now. There is no communication anymore. There was actually a time in the past when customer service was excellent with this game.  I don’t have any hope of improvement. I’m planning on quitting the game once the grace period ends. It was fun for 11 years but this just isn’t fun anymore.
