The game crashes when loading the Frozen Fjords area.

Le jeu plante au chargement de la zone Fjords gelés.

Voilà une dizaine de moi que je me bats avec le help dsk d'EA concernant min problème. Le service technique me dit sue mon problème v a être tansmis aux développeurs mais je suis à chaque fois je suis sans réponses et le problème persiste.

J'ai nettoyé la mémoire et la cache de mon smartphone. J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le jeu plusieurs fois pour voir si le bug est corrigé et le bug rst toujours prèsent.

Le ne se ferme subitement lors de la zone de ville de Fjords gelés. Je ne peux dinc olus avoir accès à cette zone. Il m'est donc impossible de construire et gérer cette. Il m'est impossible de réussir les missions fu concours des maires lié à cette zone.

Si vous pourriez m'aider svp. J'aime ce jeu et je n'ai pas envie de devoir tout recommencer. Je suis trop avancer dans ma partie.

The game crashes when loading the Frozen Fjords area.

I've been fighting with EA's help desk for about ten months regarding my problem. The technical service tells me that my problem will be forwarded to the developers, but each time I get no answers and the problem persists.

I cleaned the memory and cache of my smartphone. I uninstalled and reinstalled the game several times to see if the bug is fixed and the bug is still present.

The site suddenly closes during the Frozen Fjords city area. I can no longer access this area. It is therefore impossible for me to build and manage it. It is impossible for me to succeed in the missions of the mayors' competition linked to this area.

If you could help me please. I like this game and I don't want to have to start all over again. I'm too far along in my game.
