This is ridiculous...
For WAY over a week I have had to CONSTANTLY restart my game. Having connection issues with train/com/depot server. Resuming game also fails to load and I have to restart.
I have lost out on buying items, completing assignments, and interest in continuing the game.
Reinstalling the game does NOT help any of these issues.
This is on IOS. Not sure if Android people are having these problems as well.
I know you are a small indie company and probably generate less than 100,000 a year on this game...oh wait. Indie companies actually fix their issues and compensate their players for time/issues.
Will we see this happen from EA?
No ()#(*()$*#@) WAY!

Hi everyone,
Thanks for reaching out. I know this has been frustrating, and I’ve looked into this since my last post. At this time, we haven’t been able to confirm any issue related to iOS compatibility on our side, including 18.4 or 18.5 versions. It may be an issue on the local device.
If you're still experiencing any of the following after fully trying the troubleshooting steps I shared:
- Spinning wheels
- Failed loading from idle/resume
- Server sync issues
Please send me a DM with the subject line: iOS Issue – Update 1.65.1 – [Your Username]
Include the following details:
- Your Player ID (PLEASE DON’T POST THIS IN THE THREAD)
- Your device model
- Your iOS version
- Your game version
- Any troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried (e.g., reinstall, restart, iOS update)
- A brief description of what’s happening in your game: For example:
- Train depot won’t load after idle – just shows spinning balls
- Club assignments freeze on loading and never appear
- Game crashes after tapping “Resume” on CoM screen
- Progress not saving after restart or device switch
- Steps we can take to reproduce this: (e.g., “After leaving the game idle for 10 minutes, I tapped the Train Depot and it got stuck showing spinning balls.”)
- Screenshots, if available
I’ll pass your examples to the team to help them try to reproduce the issue, and I'll update this thread with any available updates I can share.
