Trade HQ Suggestion
Could the Trade HQ have a feature where you can select items you are looking for, rather than just getting random results. If this is OP then perhaps make it so doing this makes the items cost a lit...

Currently I have 1,000,000 cash and what would prevent me from upgrading my storage etc. to the max instantly if I could search whatever items I'm needing? Items can't cost gazillions either because beginners couldn't afford them. My suggestion would be that market would offer more varied selection of items instead of this wall of sugar&spices and other boring stuff I never need.
You can only buy the items that other people offer. Only very few people offer the storage items but nearly everybody wants to buy them. The chance to get such an item is very low, this will prevent you from upgrading your storage to the max instantly. But you're right, for the game to be challenging, it is important and wanted that it is difficult to get certain items. So searching for specific items is not an option.
OK now I can say that Market HQ is completely useless and broken. I just got leveled up to 24 and unlocked skiing items. Now my HQ only shows half sugar&spice, half skiing items and maybe couple of other items that maybe actually useful. Why not put some kind of caps for each item type so that there could be at least some kind of chance to find what I'm looking for.
