Traffic and rail jams??

Anyone else noticing traffic jams occurring in the capital city with cars and trains? It looks more like a crash between cars, busses, and trains ; despite leveled up streets, transportation units, trains and flying taxis.

Albeit opening and closing simcity helps clean up the streets lol
