Traffic situation with the new train line

Hi, the cars don't seem to be going even when the boom arm is up, a few will go the rest will stop creating massive queues. I've already upgraded roads but can't be doing this forever. Can the game techs please look into this. I also have a problem with trains in other city, for some reason the train can't leave the station. You can send a train but it won't travel anywhere, it makes an attempt and then it back at the station. It used to work just fine, then suddenly it stopped. I've even deleted all the roads crossing the train tracks, put the tracks back down, deleted everything and put back in, reinstalled the game. Nothing is working☹️
