I can no longer log in to protect my city with Facebook on my Android phone. I go through the steps of logging in, and approving the login from another device (Windows PC). But, then I just get a persistent spinning wheel on the button of the login screen on the phone.
Also, the EA login option is no longer available. I have currently logged in with Google Play, but this will not allow me to play the game on my Apple devices.
Same problem, since Thursday. In my case I contacted tu support a lot of times but they couldn't give me and answer or solution for this problem.

I have same issue for last 3 weeks. Forced to use Facebook or Google play. I prefer EA login and would like that option back please.
I use the same account with EA ID on different devices, but recently this option disappeared.
I don't use Google Play and FB. How can I transfer my account to another device?
My city is linked to ea account, I installed the game today and the option is disabled to login through ea account
