Train pass update

I've received the train pass update and can no longer open my assignments. Keeps freezing and displaying error 17 ????????

I am now at lvl13 with 9 trains, if it would be possible to reach lvl25 i would consider buying the premium pass, but even with this level i wont make it in 2 weeks. The only interesting bonus is the e5 supersim train
