Not sure about anyone else who may still be playing Sim City: Build It, but after this most recent update my Train Station's have stopped functioning correctly. Can no longer dispatch train's upon loading them with passengers. Nothing has changed with the setup. Two separate Train Stations with Residential Buildings nearby, A road that the Train Station is on, and Train Tracks which connect the two. Also why are there no Railroad Track Bridges?
I had same problem with one of my train stations, the train just went around it as it couldn’t exit the station. I deleted the station removed rail line and now it works fine.
maybe remove yours and then place it somewhere else
It's odd cause I had the same problem in my second city. Put the Train Stations back into Cloud Storage and put them back in the exact same spots. Which instantly resolved the issue. However, That didn't resolve my Train Station problems in my Main City.
This is happening to me after the update. Trains worked fine and now suddenly they are not connected like they were before and won’t allow me to connect
Same here, Have tore down my tracks rebuilt them. Tore down my roads that look like their causing issues, and ran multiple connections to the Train Station in question. Still no change and no longer registering as being connected. Had to rearrange the main water feature in my city just to connect to another Train Station, Since Train Bridges do NOT seem to exist in this game.
I'm not sure if this is a similar or connected issue. I have a full loop track with one main and two smaller stations. Anytime I load and dispatch my three trains, they will only run between the main station through a smaller station into the third station and then return without going round the full loop. I have had substantial chats with customer services all to no avail. The only way I can get the trains to run round the full loop is to delete the third smaller station. A bit frustrating since getting the trains is pretty expensive and my Sims are getting fed up with the poor service!
Could be, There was an issue with the train tracks and how they're connecting. May have to go back and check over each track and connections to your Train Stations. That's where I was initially had problems. Still finding spots in my tracks which didn't look right and would have to go back and Bulldoze. Also had built tracks in my city that were not appearing in my Capitol City
