TRAIN UNLOCKING BUG

When I try to unlock Llama Line 350 train on my city it just always says something went wrong please try again later but it's been 2 days like this and I have 1000 rail coins so please fix this bug devs

Bug since update
As well as the game slowing even more and crashing. Bridges are disappearing during daytime along with other items like the casino from a recent season. Walls and food alleyways disappear too.
