Trains won’t connect to bridge?

I had the issue in the Fjords but they’re working now. In my case, the red boxes that sit on the rail were sitting too far back. When I connected the track, they would jump to the position they were suppose to be at before connecting the track. I destroyed the track right outside the area of the bridge. Placed a small railway station nearby and connected to the station and that worked. So I removed the station (Parkside Station) and just extended the track where I wanted it to be. 

I had problem with connecting to the bridge in my Frosty Fjords. It’s all right now and I have it running smoothly

This has been such a frustrating experience. I can’t believe EA hasn’t chimed in yet. I sat there demolishing and building new tracks over and over and none would connect to the bridges. I only got the stupid “end-of-the-line” red blocks with the tracks never connecting. Finally, I discovered that when I quit out of SCBI and restart, the tracks would connect. I don’t know why it worked for me, I hope this works for you. EA: shame on you. 👎

I have a similar problem,one bridge on Sunny Isles will not connect despite trying many times

Don’t understand what you mean by landscaping item. I’m just trying to connect the track to the bridge on one side. It’s okay on the opposite side of the bridge and all others

Having the same problem on Sunny Isles. Ive tried moving surrounding roads around and stuff and it just wont connect on either side

Three issues with connecting train stations across built in bridges that cross water zones.

1. System crashes
2. Tracks appear to be connected though stations on either side of the bridge report as not connected and don't operate. 
3. You cannot build a road that crosses the region where the bridge makes landfall. You have to build a U shaped bend in the road to get around it.  Trying to go straight across the perimeter of the land you get an "invalid road/track intersection. 

EA PLEASE FIX!!!

They actually did release a rail bridge under landscape to use over water. It was introduced during the rail event a couple of months ago
