Cant Attack no name city in War

Question

In SImcity Builit,&nbsp; I have encounter 3 times in the war this week with the opponent club have one or more city which have no name / blank.This is cheat or bug ?We can't attack their noname / blank city so that we cant knockout their club.If we click this blank city, its will show notice "you need to be online to see this mayor's profile..."But if we click other city with name on it, then there is no problem.Please help fix it, thanks&nbsp;&nbsp;Example for the club with blank city =old one piece - 42 &nbsp; ( DGGBLJ )old one piece - 40&nbsp; ( HCPCRC )new one piece - 20 ( FCJDHD )&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Those are cheater cities that were banned. They were removed, but unfortunately it creates an issue with war. They should just remove the city completely but I guess it could create other problems if the club only has around 10 members. The cities were removed after war started, which is why they are still there.&nbsp;
