Trains won’t dispatch

In my situation, it is specifically happening in deliveries with passengers that contain both economy and first class cars. I get an error trying to dispatch that says try again later. Other train deliveries continued to work, but now I have two stations with trains containing passengers that will not dispatch. I’m on an iPhone with the latest operating system update. I can’t store the railway station and restarting the game several times has not fixed it.
