Transfer GooglePlay account to Facebook

Hi. I have a city linked to my google play account and i want to relink it to my facebook account, but don't know how.

@kKrisSF There should be a Log in with Facebook button, next to the Google Play button, when you click on the Settings icon.

    yes, but it says that i already have a city associated to my facebook account and cannot log in with it.
