The same to me. It's the first time I see this message. Only in the leaderboard I see in my level there are at least 48 designs able to be voted.
And the worst is that we can't vote, but we cannot be voted either!!! We're receiving no points. Useless effort!
OK mine is working again - at least i could vote in the latest round
mine still isn't working nor is my husband's

So, I can now vote but have received no votes for hours. I'm still on only 2 votes - not that my design is that bad! I'm fact, despite only getting 2 votes i haven't dropped in the leaderboard and I'm still rated as 4.5. Clearly something odd is going on!
