Unable to access blueprint challenge

Yes, that's the thing. I've been hours with no votes and I only have one now. This is not usual in my designs.

    Still not working though I do see a few others now getting votes.  Still getting can't vote message.

      1. Many of my team cannot vote. I still only have 1 vote. I restarted my game and could vote.
