Bugs- anyone else?

1- my whole town shows it is lacking Fire and Water, even though capacity is higher than demand

2- the lakefront aquarium won't place ANYWHERE, no matter what I do.

3- It is seemingly impossible to level up in a way that can update my train passenger capacity. I've tried so many things!

    1- Check that all your roads are connected

    2- lakefront aquarium goes on top of water

    3- go into your rail ticket and check there also you need to pay green cash to increase your passengers
