I was wondering what was going on. I didn't submit an entry, but I went in to see if I could vote and got that message about there being too few entries to warrant a vote. I thought that was highly unlikely, but wasn't sure.
I still can't vote, which is not that big a deal for me, however for those who did make entries, it gotta be rough. This looks like one weird glitch.
