Unable to build Santa's Workshop

Unable to build Santa's Workshop. It is in storage from last year but it is grayed out and I can't access it. Game is updated. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hi @Jungley and @Momt8,

Is it still greyed out for you both? Could you include a screenshot in your reply and @Jungley could you confirm what device you're playing from please?

Mine is also greyed out.  I've checked all my cities and cant find it.
