Unable to get into the game

Good luck, the game is in fact free. I've never paid anything the last 12+ years.

I'm able to get to my capitol city again, if I leave the game and try to come back in again, I get that same message. I also get it sporadically when playing the game.

Ok, my game starts again. But not stable.

They make additional payments when it suits them. Of course they can make a gesture of compensation!

keeps happening from time to time. 

also I asked EA customer service how I will be compensated in terms of progress and rewards I lost over those 3 days due to their own faulty product and not being able to deliver the product and service they have advertised .

this is a violation of consumer protections in most countries. 

the game is not free! Myself and others have made in app purchases for years so we are paying customers!!!

I ask EA to comply with their legal obligations.

Title: Important Timeline Context: "Missing Content" Loop Dates Back to May

Hi everyone,

I want to provide a crucial piece of timeline context regarding the current loading issue to help the QA and development team trace its actual origin.

This "Something truly epic awaits / Missing Content" loading loop is not a brand-new bug. I personally encountered this exact error screen once back on May 30th. I managed to resolve the issue for myself back then, and I have already posted my specific workaround further down in this thread to help those affected.

Furthermore, during that period in late May, I read multiple reports from other players who were experiencing severe loading issues or hard-crashing whenever they tried to access Specialization objects.

The underlying asset-delivery issue has clearly been lingering in the system for nearly a month. I am attaching my dated screenshot from May 30th below to provide the team with the exact timeline of when this error first surfaced.

I got back in. Did a couple of things. Breathed a sigh of relied and logged out.

But then came back a short time later and got the Error message again. 

Also, what happened to all the neosimoleons that I would have earned over that time when I could not harvest them? They, of course, hit the 200 limit and just stopped.  

Je pense que ce sont entr'autres vos publicités qui sont corrompues. Impossible de jouer correctement : concours à l' arrêt, pas d' accès à la guerre, missions perdues pour les trains, le concours de maires, tickets dépensés pour rien, pas de collecte d' impôts, pas de productions...
