The update is now out for the google play store! You can download version 1.40.1 and enjoy the new update!
Heyyyy. So SCBI's latest version is 1.39.7, I can see that on the App Store on my iPad. However, the Play Store does not have that version out yet as it is still on 1.39.2. So because of this whenever I open the game on my android phone, I can't play the game. It says something like your city cannot load because your game needs to be updated. The update is not out for any Google Play Store users, so I am just wondering if it will even come out? Because I would like to go back playing on my phone lol

I don’t think it’s possible to know exactly when the update will come out for the Google Play Store but hopefully in the coming days. There was a similar post here on Reddit and supposedly if you are logged in to Facebook or Google Play it won’t ask you to update the game and you can play normally again.

Sorry it didn’t work. Maybe it does if you sign in to a google play account but unfortunately you’ll likely have to wait a few days until you can play again. Thanks for letting me know that it doesn’t work. Hope you can get back to building soon.

Unfortunately there is nothing we can do except wait. Hopefully the update will be released within the coming days. Until then if you have an IOS device you can play on that.

In bluestacks, it says " Hello mayor, make sure you are playing with the latest update" and i cant find any update in the app store
i have this account on 2 devices, my computer and my iphone, is it possible that i updated the game in the iphone and no updates out for android?
I have the same issue. I have by city on an IPAD and a Samsung Note S20. Can't get it to load on the Note for about 2 weeks now.
