Unable to upload, insert or attach image or screenshot

It appears that I am unable to insert an image or screenshot here.

I have searched all over EA help and these forums and have found no information

Thanks in advance for your assistance

    use the "choose file" button on the lower right when replying or posting, it will load the image inline with your post.

    Yep that's what I have been doing but nothing happens. I click on preview & see nothing

    Weird, that's all I did. Maybe a browser setting is tweaked a little more tightly on your computer than mine?

    doesnt work from my ipad or iphone either
