Starting this morning, I cannot visit the cities of my team members, nor can they visit mine. The game throws an error stating that we have to be online. We clearly are online as we are able to chat, launch war attacks, and visit cores in the trade HQ. Please fix this as team members are currently unable to trade items.
Hi there, I’m also having the same issue yet again ea know where to be seen to fix the issue yet again. Tried deleting app reinstalling etc to no avail…. Getting pretty frustrated with the constant issues within the game it was never like this before they started adding to much junk to the game.
Exact same thing happened to one of our members on Saturday and then this morning our whole team has this happening ,with all able to trade on global but unable to be seen by our team mates

Yes, same with my Club - pretty frustrating, particularly during war. Seemed to happen straight after the Club Challenge ended.
Whole team unable to visit each other to trade. Can’t even look at the other teams war scores. Very very frustrating. Where are EA to acknowledge let alone fix this massive problem?
This is happening to me now. I can do everything else in the game. When I try to visit team members cities, it says I need to be online. I’ve been online. Only happening when I try to visit team members cities. Let me know if your problem is still on going.

My club started with the same problem this morning. The only unusual thing was a visit from someone outside the club, joining and then leaving a message and leaving quickly. He did this three times before I closed the club. He was very quick. Left a lot of Chinese like words on the chat. Or it is a sim glitch. I see it is just not my club having a problem so I am leaning towards a technical difficulty.
Same here. It looks like the issue us with the city profile page. I can go to a friend’s depot or shop on general market, because they link directly to a depot. But cannot visit club members because you have to go through the city profile pop-up, which gives the error “You must be online”.
I suspect some server is down that handles city profile pages.
EA should change the message to “could not connect to server”. It is very irritating to have the wrong error message when the problem is clearly not with my connection but their servers.
