Same here. It looks like the issue us with the city profile page. I can go to a friend’s depot or shop on general market, because they link directly to a depot. But cannot visit club members because you have to go through the city profile pop-up, which gives the error “You must be online”.
I suspect some server is down that handles city profile pages.
EA should change the message to “could not connect to server”. It is very irritating to have the wrong error message when the problem is clearly not with my connection but their servers.
This appears to have been resolved now
