Unlink from Facebook and Google Play

I have a fully developed city but no way of recovering it as im unable to link it to Facebook or Google Play. It seems I had an old city quite a while ago on a different device which is connected to both these accounts. 

Is there any way of resetting this and linking current city?

    Hello,

    I managed to do so:
    1. Go the city you want to change
    2. Disconnect the city from Facebook
    3. Go to Facebook and delete the SimCity Buildit app (settings - applications and sites)
    4. Go to Facebook you want the city to stay
    5. Go in the game and connect to Facebook
    Ready ... now the city is linked in the new Facebook
