How on earth you supposed to get Riverwalk I've done my dr.vu assignments and reached cap on seasonal event track and at the end of week event track but I'm still 3,000 short ,,and guess what there's the option to PURCHASE missing ones ,,surprise surprise, absolutely stinks I've had enough ,how to lose players and there premium passes

If you have completed the week event track, you should have obtained the Chicago Pride House.
If you also have the Southern Mansion, you can obtain 7K Snowflake Coins in the City Album.
If you do not have the Southern Mansion, your only option is to purchase Snowflake Coins. That seems to be the aim of this update.
If you do all Chicago missions, complete the week's event to get the Pride House, and purchase the Premium Mayor's Pass, you'll have just enough to get the Riverwalk.
C wanted the river walk, just found out it's another scam with update. They cap you so can earn enough seasonal income. Have spend money
I have completed all of the missions and collected the snowflake coins from those and the weekly event track - a grand total of 11420!
If you buy the premium pass the most you can collect with the new weekly limit is 25720.
So the only way to get the riverwalk at 29950 would be to pay for more snowflake coins - on top of the premium pass.
They should put this on the billboards in the city’s
I Absolutely cant get riverwalk and I dont want to pay anything to the game right now . I even don't understand what can I do with those pinky popsicles. They will all gone in a few hours...
