War opponents can remove our umbrellas

Hi, having a miserable war experience against a team who do the following:

1. use energy theif against all of us and members of their team
2. Repeatedly bombard us with constant attacks including shield busters
3. Can somehow remove umbrella - i have put an umbrella over myself several times only to find it removed before it's time is up and the cycle of pain continues

I've  tried to report them but don't know if that'll help. 

Anyone else seen point 3 before?
