Watch Video no Rewards

I get the film bubbles and watch the video.  It's no longer allowing me to collect the reward.  The x shows up in the corner and says reward granted but it's no longer working.  Same happens when I get the complete production now.  Watch video, it seems to get stuck and won't let me click on the x.

Any ideas?
