So all of my population moved out because of the regional tourist building. Yet I was not even able to receive enough tokens to build one before they all moved out. Was this purposefully done for a Simcash grab? It doesn't even look like it will cover enough for the next 300 tokens. Anybody that went through this know what I should expect? I don't want to fork out simcash every 3 buildings.

The Sims moved out and nothing could be upgraded or built. I was told that you are able to demolish the few buildings and rebuild them to get more regional simoleons for your first tourist building atleast.
You probably need to produce more Sunny Isles’ items to sell to get wave Simoleon
