Not sure what your city level is and which league you are playing at. 30K in a hour is not impossible in my CoM group. If you do high score task, you will have another high score task.
Earn sim coin 2000
Earn neosimcoin 2000
Launch 3 legendary attack 3600
Launch 3 Vu disaster 3000
Upgrade 3 Latin house 3600
Upgrade war card 3000
Earn region coin 2500
Those above are 20K total already. If you get another residential upgrades tasks, 30K is easy. Even easier if you prepare factory/commercial items ready to collect. 30K in 5 mins is suspicious, but 30K in 1 hour isn’t necessarily cheaters.

@Ringolinmo In deference to what was shared, I suggest you report your concern to technical support as it is extremely unlikely that an individual can legitimately score 30K in an hour (in a non-double point week), Even considering the absurd amount of points given for war assignments, the use of simcash to speed assignments up, or the illegal use of satellite or feeder cities - it is extremely unlikely that you would honestly receive sufficient high value assignments to achieve these results at a rate of 3k every six minutes...I’ve played since the beginning and the 20k example looks more like what I’ve seen over a 6 hour period on a good day. I believe you certainly have probable cause and I would pursue it. Good luck.
@Ringolinmo 30K in 1 hour is possible without cheating. Each players have deferent tasks. If you know how to score efficiently, it’s easier.
