What does it take to get EA / Track Twenty to pause the train implementation?

The feature needs a lot more work and should have never even been pushed to beta. What does it take to get EA and Track Twenty to wake up and pause the train implementation and go back to the drawing board with design, and hopefully get some ideas from the players on how to implement trains?

I have 5 stations now, and check every 2.5 hours if i can let a train depart, furtheron i am finished with the trains, and it gets boring. All bolts and caps i see get an architect, its very difficult to repair a city during war, but also own disasters tak a lot of time, because of the architects needed. I doubt if anyone from ea or helpdesk watches this forum, i have never seen any comment from them here.
