What is all the Gray about?
After updating as required to join the season pass, I find most of the city is Gray. It is unplayable. When will this be fixed?

I'm having a similar problem with the January 5, 2026 update, which I downloaded to be able to play the Costa Rica CoM season. The update made all my buildings disappear from the display. All I can see now are the bubbles. When I go in through the services tab, I can see all my buildings grayed out, so I know they're still there. I play on a Windows laptop using the BlueStacks mobile emulator. When I uninstall and reinstall the game, it reverts back to the display in which I can't see any of my buildings. Any solutions?
