what is the use of player id

if i could only use facebook or apple id to play with the same account on different devices, what's the use of player id?

    Hello @1213ismybirthday  🙂

    Our Player IDs are used when we use the "Contact Us" button, accessed in-game by clicking the tool icon. "Contact Us" can be used to report a technical issue, report a bug, dispute a transaction, report a player, (there actually is a separate "Report a Player" button), etc. Player IDs are not meant to be shared in any public domain, including this forum, they are "only good for" communicating directly with SC BUILDIT.

    Sorry, no one has answered you since though. Okay, so to your question. Player ID is important to you as a player but much more to the EA company, as the name connotes, it is what they use to identify you as a player. To you, it is required when you need support from them in some areas in the game- so they can send the answer to the right gamer. Hopefully, this helps a little!
