Booster disappeared due to connection error

Recently, I used a City Freeze III booster to freeze the enemy city. When launches, it failed due to connection error (I knew, the WiFi that I used was unstable), when try to relaunch the game. The City Freeze III booster disappeared and not in effect on that enemy city. I already spent 1,500 War Simoleon, but, the booster were disappeared due to the internet connection error.

Is there a way to solve this problem?
