What can we do with ice creams? I would expecr I can buy "snowy seasonal coins" with it. But it's not in the store.

Guess EA doesn't know what to do with ice creams as well.
I would suggest EA to eat them, because I think they're preparing a rubbish challenge as the one they did with excavation coins, Gizah pyramid, egyptian hospital and all that.... We already know the tale...
I keep seeing issue resolved on threads but I am not seeing it in game.
I have no clue how many I have collected or what / where they to be or can be used.
Waste of time and effort.
This is just garbage. I have started two of the three daily challenges and they don’t even register in the challenge progress. Are the having a laugh at EA? Amateurs. I stopped playing EA game on my PlayStation years ago because nothing ever ran properly.
