It is silk. It is from Limestone Cliffs region
I have got the same bonus order but can also not produce it. This is a part of the region LIMESTONE CLIFFS. You can see it when you click on the preview of this region. I ignore this order as I am not ready to spend the golden tickets to get a new order.I

I got the same - I don't have that region and cannot complete the assignment.
getting a bonus assignment from a region you don't own now seems to be a very common thing. several members of my club have this same issue as well as myself.
yet another bug in this less than awesome update.
