Who has the highest population?
I have been working on my city for over 6 months now and just passed the 4 million mark for population. Who has the largest city you have seen?

Actually if if population boost is what you are after there are numerous better options than any Beach feature for 50 keys the Marina is terribly expensive for what it offers. I can get 4 Luxurt Casino Towers for that, a small 4x4 footprint and 80-90,000 population boost and only 12 keys a piece.
What the Beach offers lower level players is an easier way to Epic Projects since most features are at least 2 Epic points but a population booster it is not which is why my Beach is all but undeveloped.

I have short-term goals and long-term goals personally. Short term, Specialization placement that allows for cheetah epic across all of the Specializations. That's actually the easy part, but will take time to earn enough keys to do it.
Long term on the other hand. I want specialization boost to 100% across every specialization and every building. Meaning that all specializations boost every building in my city to 100%. The only one I have that for right now is Parks. I'm finding that it will be much more difficult to accomplish that as I'm already having difficulty covering all buildings by all specializations at a lower than 100% coverage. I can see already that I will have to sacrifice the layout as it is now to be able to accomplish it.

Quite the contrary, regarding beach specialization not being population boosters. First off, they do not use any land that can be used for residential buildings. Casinos, Education, etc. ALL occupy space. That alone makes beach and mountain specializations a HUGE benefit in boosting population.
- You are right @SkeeterMark . But they also are the weakest population boaster too. If the thing was put in your town, you woukd get morw population.
