I have been working on my city for over 6 months now and just passed the 4 million mark for population. Who has the largest city you have seen?

I have city at 5.4Mill and someone in our group has 5.5Mill. I have seen a 9.2Mill when buying items on Global Trade
I stumbled on a city that showed a population of 666,666,666. Not sure if it is a glitch or some sort of hack. I took 2 screenshots.
- Thats hacked yo! The Global Trade Center is in the town.
- Same with CoM tower.
