Who has the highest population?
I have been working on my city for over 6 months now and just passed the 4 million mark for population. Who has the largest city you have seen?

Quite the contrary, regarding beach specialization not being population boosters. First off, they do not use any land that can be used for residential buildings. Casinos, Education, etc. ALL occupy space. That alone makes beach and mountain specializations a HUGE benefit in boosting population.
You are right @SkeeterMark . But they also are the weakest population boaster too. If the thing was put in your town, you woukd get morw population.
