The "0" represents the total number of Plumbob Points earned by the entire Club at the end of the last full Contest of Mayors. This number has nothing to do with War.

It appears you have created a new club, possibly? Even if all players were previously active, after a new club is created, the club will be assigned to War Arena 1 and Plumbob Points will be reset.

Hello. Explain what it takes to count the points? The club is a year old, the points are completely counted. There were two battles, but before them there was 0. I thought that everyone should be active. It turns out not.
Not once have they counted it. What before the battles, what after.
Wars were accidentally started. Can this be a bug or what?
