Worst possible game scenario ever!
This game type is probably the worst time killer ever, I've been a fan for old school sim city games in the past so I'm only sucked in because it is sort of the only thing in town I could put in my iPad ....still this game design is terrible if you had to stack it up against the games I've played on other systems and computers....so far I've seen no one here put any feed back on the designers game design....it really sucks!
this game is a first to force a player if they are obsessively into it to work the game throughout the day and in my case , production has not ended since last summer!
ive spent real money to an extent but this game acts like a cheesy hustler on the streets, always begging for money....you need more sim cash to get that item you could never earn and limited time....
furthermore the the game session gets really stale after you've successfully filled all the production lines and there really is nothing to do but wait a few hours....a waiting game is a stupid game , with nothing to do even with speed tokens at work all you could do is log off.
If it was some other game back in the day on another system, there would be other fun interactive options,
in another game I could load another city, deal with fun scenarios and not get so worked up about demolishing stuff and getting no refund for it.
no refund issues in this game seriously blows taxing players about how careful they must invest in the placement of streets while you could magically move a whole building across town!
this game session is never over, we have reached an era of 24 hour gaming sessions where players log in to do dutys here and there every freaking day!
in my opinion this is also a very bad habit forming design.... The game actually distracts from other real world productive actions for being a strange diversion from real activities...of course this is the fault of the gamer if they so choose to stay up later or monitor something for an hour or more...long gaming sessions like this are wrong!....if I had kids , I would not want them playing this!
this game eats up a serious amount of time but one day it's design must conclude, the city game is totally dependent on online action, you can only get so far offline so it's terrible if you are not near a wifi hot spot...the city is also dependent on whether or not an update will further expand on it, one day may come when all available territory has been used up and there is no further point in building.....at this point you as mayor can now reflect on this determine if this game was seriously fun because so far it's been interesting but never fun....you get more action playing on another system and I would rather be playing one of my other games....the game acts more like a gambling casino game with more luck than skill here....there's nothing simulated here or educational about this game, it's so silly it could only be in video games.....sorry if I bash this game , I did not want to , honest feedback from loyal gamers should be rewarded but all I'm saying is that this game is my digital prison and I could only escape if I delete my game but I am so addicted, I just can't!!!
the promise of building enough speed token buildings might give this game a second wind, this is a game where you can only hope the developers care enough to hear out player feedback on how agonizingly long this game is from the dedicated few and I am a fool obsessive gamer who somehow sees that each game has faults.....my feedback here should be valued as I took the time to type this all up, the sum of the whole experience.
making money is now also tedious work, it's like I should actually get paid to run my shop here, I've logged in really long hours! Since a last update, the market has made it easier to get everything unchallenged but now you really got to wait for items in your own shop to sell.
once again it's a waiting game, worst design ever....if you ever see another game involving a timer I highly recommend you throw it out and do not proceed further!
this game does not want to be a gamers game and this is why it sucks!
are you a video gaming addict?.......this might finally be worthy of seeing professional help, now put the game down and slowly back away!
pictures below show my city of tokens and the ever increasing price of epic building.
