Capacity vs Demand

I have the same issue! Tried everything and nothing works and also reached out to technical support and still nothing. It’s so frustrating!

Same! When asking chat support inside the game/app, at first they denied this issue was real. Then they said it was a known issue last week. Now, only half our team has the actual Services 2.0 enhancement (following their last app update) and it’s just a big, annoying money grab to upgrade fire, health, police services. 

The rest of my team didn’t get the Services 2.0 enhancement (when they last updated the app) yet or our power, water, sewage, or waste services were messed up. Despite our capacity exceeding demand, and all other services + roads being appropriately connected, random buildings are going abandoned for no reason and the building bubbles indicate they are out of power. Makes zero sense. 

Our entire team isn’t spending another dime on this game until these bugs are fixed! Lots more info on Reddit 

I am having the same issue! At least 8 of my residential zones are claiming no power, no water, or no sewage and going abandoned yet all three services are way over demand in capacity. It’s frustrating because i can’t upgrade those buildings until I provide their services which means im kind of at a stand still in the game making it not fun anymore. I have tried deleting and redownloading the game and checked sveral times if i had the most recent updated version of but nothing is working and i need help.

Build more. I had to build 1000 more Thema requested. I think they count the Maximum capacity. This Update is very very frustrating and nearly made me uninstall the game.

My capital has about 1 Mio persons. Effort to get everything back to blue was between 3 and 4 Mio Simoleons.

I am very happy to hear that i am not the only one having this issue. I reached out to support but I yet have to hear back from them.

Great to hear I am not the only one. This issue is beyond fustrating, we all lost simoleons, neo bank and app cash (my neo bank production has been cut in half, my population is went from 6 million to 3.2 million)  to build more and the problem persists. I am a loyal player of years, but these updates and changes have gotten to me, if this isn't fixed and rewarded for all the lost simoleons and neobanks we lost, I am probably going to quit.

I don't know.  I have spent the better part of 2 days trying to figure it out. It just so happened when I  was re-organizing my entire city for a railway. I have spent real money on this game, between 20 and 40 dollars. For there to be no response to this issue is absolutely unacceptable fron the developer. All I know is that if it does not get resolved, I will absolutely boycott all of EA games.
