Your device is not compatible with this version

I have a Motorola Droid Turbo, Android versoin 5.1. I can not update the game because it says "Your device is not compatible" I have already cleared cache and that did not work. I have uninstalled the game and that did not work. Please help! I miss playing ☹️

    Yep, the sim cash does keep piling up! But my problem has been sorted - try clearing your cache by opening your apps from System Settings > Google Play Store > Clear the cache and any updates. Restart your device and open GP Store to download any store updates. It worked for my device.

    Mayor Bloomberg here and I have the dame issue. Very disappointed. Not sure if I'll ever spent another dollar on the game again, even if the issue gets resolved. Thought it was just my low end LG G stylo phone, but apparently others of higher quality phones are having the same issue. Dammit Jim! My people need me!
