[bug] Overworking is a really bad idea in mega tower

Developer must come out to explain how overworking work? How they balance it between commuting workforce and local workforce while overworking is allowed? It seems once there is outstanding jobs av...

I have seen a Sim make a work commute from his Megatower apartment to an OmegaCo factory to a shop to another factory and another shop and then back to his apartment. Then, he complained that he was overworked. Personally, I think that it was a justified complaint.
