I was building my International Airport today and encountered some issues. Everything was going well, trucks were sending resources to the great work, the great work progress was updating. Then it all stopped working. The resource trucks weren't leaving the garages. It worked when I was exporting resources (even after the issue started...) but just won't send resources to the great work.
