Having the same issue as the other guys on this forum.
- I had 3/4 75% of Metal delivered to the Archeology site and then it automatically resetted down to 2/4 50%
- At the same time as the Metal problem, I had my Alloy up 90% then it automatically resetted down to 50%
- Trade Depot stopped exporting all of a sudden. Doesn't matter if it's Oil, Alloy, Metal, Plastic or Processors. I have 8,000 barrels of Oil just sitting there.
- Trade Depot stopped delivering to the Archeology
It's still broken... I had to bulldoze my trade depot garages and re-build them several hundred times for my great work to complete. Just don't bother playing until next patch because even the tourist cities are broken so I wouldn't even bother buying the amusement park DLC yet. Otherwise your city will eventually get bogged down with a ridiculously high number of tourists and your frame rate will diminish to 1 frame per second which is just not worth it.
You can still build basic cities I guess without great works or any kind of specialization until the patches get rolled out to fix these issues.
