I have 2 ore mines and a coal mine in my city, and my trade depot was working fine exporting these for cash this morning.After a while it seems now my trade depots refuse to export anything and they sit at full capacity while still being set to export. All my mines have now shut down because they are all full and they cant deliver to the trade depots because those are full. The roads connecting my city to the region are operating just fine and not clogged, so the trucks SHOULD have a path out of the city to export. No trucks are departing however.This completely breaks a mining city as I can't even mine fast enough to "unlock" the Mining HQ or Trading HQ since my trade depot is gridlocked.Building new trade depots didn't help as those simply filled up as well.

oil well -> depot -> refinery -> depot -> processor factory -> depot -> consumer factory -> depot -> global market. Thats a lot of depot management. All it takes is a resource shortage or full production bin (or game hiccup) anywhere along the line to set things off. I've had more success lately viewing each truck route from the start and checking/adding/resetting the delivery options (or an extra depot for global pickups) then logging out of the region. It takes a while, but when I go back the process appears to reset the delivery/pickup schedules and things eventually go back to normal.

Thanks for these reports, we are investigating the trade (rail and road) stopping working at random intervals and working on getting a solution in place as soon as possible.

I have the same issue, my exports are now zero with two trade depots and a port - 4 warehouses filled with processors and everything set to export just sits there. Everything else is working just fine and its not a traffic issue.

COME ON! This has been reported many times since the game launched. Could EA do sth or at least give us some replies?It's really frustrating as ALL my delivery trucks (>40 of them) are gone missing. The game isn't playable without delivery trucks and I am like buying a game that can't be played.Please give us some replies or simply give us a refund for a game that can't be played if you are not going to sovle the problem.

My depots quit working after awhile. What I do to get them working is to delete freight train depot and it seem to start working again for a while. To get trucks coming into city I have to restart game.

I had what I thought might be the same bug, but when I selected the trade specialization so I could see where my freight trucks actually were/what they were carrying I noticed that, outside of my city borders at the point on the regional highway where the game seems to stop 'realistically' simulating traffic, all my freight trucks were stuck in an outbound line of traffic. And they were like that for as long as I watched- the line of traffic didn't move at all, the car at the very front point just stayed there. I watched for a while with no apparent change in the traffic situation.
This occurred with my city being Ceylon Steppes and the traffic backup starting just outside the entrance to Lapsang Landing. I can't imagine this not being some kind of bug, and it's rather cripping as I'm losing money every month without the money from trade.

The pathing in this game leaves something to be desired. Needs more cowbell

FIXED! I noticed from the previous poster that he saw his trucks stuck far down the road. I visited the town they were near, and a natural disaster happened. I then loaded my town back up, and all of the trucks started right back up again. Basically I think reloading your town fixes this bug. Let me know what happens for you guys.

Bumping. My supply trucks are driving around in circles in front of the trade port, and my entire supply chain for oil drilling > power plant / (refinery / trade port > export) has failed.

i dont think its a bug, its more the servers cant handle the trade and pathing so they get stuck

My trade depot is working for coal, shipping coal from mine to trade depot, but my ore mine is not shipping to my trade depot. Anyone having this problem?

Re: roush2, No luck here. I've reloaded the town that owns the stuck freight trucks several times, and I can't load the city whose entrance they're stuck at because it's not mine. Though I did notice when visiting it that said town is bankrupt. I wonder if the town is 'frozen' because of that- he probably quit after he ran out of money.

I moved the ore mine away from the trade depot and now it works.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by setting all trade depots to use locally for about 3 in game days. Then I switched it backto export, then watched my oil money roll back in. WHEW! That bug needs to be fixed.
