Can’t access login at all and thus can’t play

There is an existing bug on sims freeplay where you are forced to log in to Facebook every time you access the party boat.  About 4 days ago, it woyldnt connect at all and i would get an error.  I uninstalled free play, reinstalled and now can’t get in the game at all.  My iPad is running the latest version and I’ve done everything else support has told me to do and we can’t get me logged in.  They told me to post it here.  I’ve attached a screenshot of th error.  

Status right now is I can’t access the game atall.
