Can not launch SimCity with Simplified Chinese locale.
When I launch SimCity wth Simplified Chinese locale, It alway crash.
Workaround: change to English / Transitional Chinese locale, then launch.

The game it self do not have Simplified Chinese translation,
So I can not set macOS, Origin and the game all in Simplified Chinese.
