can someone help me with installing sim city 2013...

just purchased sim city 2013 disc version, but for some reason cannot get the game to install or operate because the game needs ORIGIN/EA platform to operate with.

To which Origin had been downloaded only for me to then find out that the game required the Update to EA to work/play,

which hasn't worked, their is no option to install the game once EA has been installed and replaced from ORIGIN

is someone avaialable to assist me in getting this game to work on my laptop
